Activism is helping sway a few necessary republicans as it becomes obvious that the new healthcare bill will harm millions of Americans – not just those on ACA insurance!  While Sen McCain is out, it gives us another week to keep the pressure on the Senate to withhold consent to move the bill forward and if it does move forward to vote NO!
We will review the latest developments in the Senate on their plan since last month.  Review the CBO score to use as talking points – if it’s out by Thursday.  We will strategize on short-term actions to take on that front, and we will discuss about longer-term goals and organizational structure for the group.
